About The Event.
Red Head was asked by a large banking organisation to stage a presentation event followed immediately by global catering for over 700 staff.
London’s famous Old Billingsgate Market was the venue for this global event. More than 700 people attended the live presentation, which was simultaneously streamed to 7 different countries. We used 800 metres of box truss for lighting, five articulated trucks to carry all the set and equipment. We provided seating for 750 people, 6 x camera recording units, simultaneous live web streaming to Munich, Amsterdam, Boston, Atlanta, New York, New Jersey & Brazil.
Immediately following the presentation, guests were invited to sample food and drink from 7 different global regions in a networking area.
100 metres of prefabricated muslin was drawn back on specially made curtain track to reveal a soft seating area with atmospheric music and lighting.
A truly global event staged in the heart of London.
