Annual General Meeting
About The Event.
Having completed several smaller events around London for this client, we were approached by the organising team to design an event around their Annual Partners Meeting. It would be held at the luxurious Savoy Hotel in London and attended by British Conservative politician and life peer, William Hague.
250 delegates had to see screens and stage clearly, so we designed a multiple screen set backdrop and high stage area for seating. The set backdrop alone was 60ft wide and 16ft high, and when the client introduced the event artwork, it simply had to be displayed as large as possible.
Our print team set to work and produced this tapestry-like canvas which the ground crew had to fix into place.
